PrepGenius Terms & Services

1. General Terms

By purchasing any class, program, literature, or consulting service from PrepGenius, you agree to the following Terms & Services. These policies apply to all purchases, including but not limited to live classes, private tutoring, recorded courses, study materials, and consulting hours.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds After 72 Hours: Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase and before any service is accessed or utilized. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

• No Refunds After Service Begins: Once a student has attended a live class, accessed course materials (including Google Classroom, recordings, or literature), or used any portion of consulting/tutoring hours, the service is considered initiated and non-refundable.

• No Refunds Due to Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the program. Course structure, teaching methods, and material availability are clearly communicated before purchase.

• Transaction Fee Deduction: All approved refunds will be subject to a deduction for transaction fees incurred during the payment process.

3. Service Access & Usage

• Course materials, recorded sessions, and other literature are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

• Students are responsible for ensuring they can access and utilize online materials before purchasing.

4. Scheduling & Missed Sessions

• If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, no refund or rescheduling will be provided unless explicitly stated in writing before purchase.

• Private tutoring hours must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Unused hours do not qualify for a refund.

5. Communication & Support

• All communications regarding scheduling, service issues, or refund inquiries must be made via email or phone call.

• PrepGenius will respond to all inquiries within three business days.
